Guess who's back with a brand new rant? A new 'sona too! I'm now a blue fynx (fox-lynx hybrid) though I suppose that's not important right now because my head is exploding with all sorts of fuckery. Yes I know! The cussing is already coming out. It's probably cause this rant has been building up in my head for over a month now but I just haven't found the time to type it up, but it's here now! This goes out to the American INjustice system.
America, land of the free, home of the brave. Where criminals get a slap on the wrist and no good deed goes unpunished. That leads me to my first order of business. Let's dig right in, shall we?
So here's something most of you probably haven't heard about. Down in Steubenville Ohio there was a rape committed by two high school boys against a fellow high schooler. They have already been convicted which is, of course, great! Do you know what's not great? One of them got one year because he's a minor and ONLY fingered her while she was unconcious. The other is getting a whopping TWO years because he took pictures of her and distributed them to other students which-due to her age, constitutes the distribution of child pornography. One and two years in prison? That's practically a slap on the wrist! It's the bare minimum punishment, and-okay, I'll admit, if it had been petty theft then fine give them the minimum, okay?
Rape though? Really? You're going to hand out the minimum sentence for rape and distribution of child pornography to two guys who sat around with their buddies and laughed about her about how "I shoulda raped her now that everybody thinks I did," and "they raped her quicker than Mike Tyson raped that one girl". Yeah that sounds like two guys who'll get a slap on the wrists and NEVER EVER do it again. They might not even end up on the sex offender registry pending "a future hearing to evaluate their behavior once they have turned 21." Are you out of your mind? I can't get away with telling an officer that I didn't see the stop sign but these guys can say "we're really really sorry that we violated that girl, took pictures of her semen covered body, distributed them to our friends, laughed about the whole thing, and tried to cover it up, and we'll never ever do it again" and that's it?

Deric Lostutter, a member of Anonymous ('sup /b/?) who helped bring forth the evidence that allowed the police to get warrants on the cell phones and tablets of relevant individuals, and thus, find evidence to convict the rapists is under arrest. "For what?" you ask? Hacking related crimes. "Well that's just stupid shit," you say, and you're right, in my not so humble opinion.
However, the courts disagree. How severely do they disagree? They disagree by TEN YEARS hard time max.
Yes, this guy broke a cover up of these high school jackasses very proud rape of some poor unconscious girl and they might throw him in prison for over THREE TIMES the amount of time that BOTH RAPISTS were sentenced for COMBINED. That is the thing about this that really just scratches at my brain stem. I'd sooner get a root canal then have this shit bottled up in me any longer. You wanna know what should be done in that courtroom? GIVE HIM A MEDAL! That's what should be done, cause without him. Those boys-those rapists-would still be out there. They'd still be high on their horses, proud of themselves for what they did. Honestly? I think they'd do it again.
I understand though, really I do! Deric did something great, but he did it through illegal means so he has to be punished. Plead him out though, give him a smack on the wrists. Charge him some fine and put him in for community service. Ten years in prison though? Compared to two rapists getting a combined three years in Juvie? It makes me sick, it really does.
Still, if that was the only completely bogus thing going on this country, we wouldn't have so many people bitching about it. I've got another miscarriage of justice but I'll save that for last. Let me interject this with a quick lesson in taxes. OH JOY I GET TO TALK ABOUT TAXES.
You see, while some criminals get off easy and heroes get punished there are crooks making millions while simple people pick up the bill. Take for example something that shows up in the tax code as "Intangible Drilling Costs". Just the name aughta perk your interests. Intangible Drilling Costs as defined on Investopedia are "all expenses made by an operator incidental to and necessary in the drilling and preparation of wells for the production of oil and gas, such as survey work, ground clearing, drainage, wages, fuel, repairs, supplies and so on." Essentially, any drilling classified as "experimental drilling" can have up to 100% of it's costs written off so that they are paid for by us hard working tax payers.
Yeah as if the IRS and oil companies weren't screwing us enough separately now they're coming together into this symphony of financial sodomy. Still I can't hold off on the juiciest bit of corrupt justice any longer. So let me ask you this:
How do you feel about child sex trafficking?
Does it make you shudder? Well if it doesn't then get off my page before I decide to track you down and cave your skull in.
I digress.
It's generally accepted that child sex traffickers are slime balls. They are inhuman creatures that destroy the childhood-the innocence!-of poor defenseless children then kill them or dump them on the streets when they're too old for the pedos all over the world to shoot a stiffy at them. That's if they make it to be that old, anyways; since most of them are so poorly mistreated and malnourished there are runway models with a higher body fat percentage then some of these kids. So when Operation Cross Country-led by the FBI, found and rescued 105 victims of child sex trafficking people started to cheer-rightfully so too! This is a victory against one of the largest global crime networks (third largest in the world).
Ah but this is a rant about injustice, so it can't be that simple. You should be savvy enough to figure that out.
Turns out it's too much trouble to shove the kids into the foster system or they just "don't have the room" neither can they find victim housing so instead they charge the kids with prostitution and throw them in jail or juvie so they won't be able to go back to the trade or end up as actual prostitutes. I have to admit, I took a good long break because I couldn't function as I typed up this bit-even now I'm full of rage and despair over these kids predicaments.
While the link to the FBI's website will tell all the good that came of it this article from US News' website will give more details on how they drop kids of varying ages who were forced to sexually service people sometimes two or three times their age in juvie or even jail. They say they do it to "keep them from going back to the trade" or to keep them off the streets so they won't become actual prostitutes. Yeah because going to jail with, drug addicts and dealers, rapists, killers, PEDOPHILES.. drug addled child raping killers? And Juvie Hall? Where there are kids who are any number of those things in the making? Hell if they go to Juvie Hall in Steubenville Ohio you can knock the "in the making" part off cause now they have unrepentant rapists living there.
Is this the better alternative? Taking them from a position where they're mistreated and exploited to a position where they can be mistreated, exploited, beaten, and killed? Am I missing something here or are you really that retarded? You know I can almost forgive the fuck ups down in Steubenville in light of this miscarriage-no this ABORTION of justice. What's worst is they're doing this stuff to child sex trafficking victims in my home state of Michigan!
You know maybe there wouldn't be people like Deric Lostutter having to use illegal means to make sure justice is served if our justice system would punish the real criminals and shelter the actual victims. That's just my opinion though. Maybe other people share it, but I can say for certain that it's mine. I personally support KnightSec wholeheartedly as they represent Hacktivism used for the sake of truth and justice.
May the victim of the Steubenville rape find peace just as all the exploited kids may find peace, wherever they may be.
